“He is not perfect. You are not either, and the two of you will never be perfect.” But if he can make you laugh at least one, cause you to think twice, and if he admits to being human and making mistakes, if he can love you in your worst, hold onto him and give him the most you can. He is not going to quote poetry, on play guitars, or sing for you, he is not thinking about you every moment, but he will give you a part of his heart he knows you can break. He is not expecting you to love him back. Don’t hurt him, don’t change him and don’t expect for more that he can give.
Don’t analyze. Smile when he makes you happy, tell when he makes you mad, and miss him when he is not around you. But also be there for him in his worst, when he is sad. Love hard when there is love to be had.
