Embrace being wrong
Stop searching for others to keep you distracted from whatâs really important. Allow others to enter your heart and your mind, but donât force anything which is just not there. It will never be there.
Be alone. Seriously. You donât have a single clue what itâs like to be lonely. You should. You know those people who get full nights of sleep? They sleep alone or they are blessed with a non-snoring partner. Isn’t that cool enough?
Tired? Stay in. Fridays are all yours. And your wallet will thank you later.
Stop complaining about what you have to do. Be positive and take what you can from every opportunity. I know early mornings are rough, but I promise if you cut down on the late nights, it will make all the differences. Plus, youâre not too terrible at your job, I suppose.
Learn to let go. Let it go. Let him go. Let her go. Let every little thing or person that no longer serves you. Let them go.
If it hurts, good. But, youâll be fine. You always are.
Continue to search, but donât keep digging where youâre not welcome. Your time will come for lots of things. But, I promise, you wonât find what youâre looking for in someone elseâs backyard.
Stop questioning EVERYTHING. Donât ask âwhy? Ask âwhy not? But, obviously use your best judgement. You know wrong from right (usually). Choose whatâs right, even if it doesnât seem as fun. Trust me, you wonât be sorry.
When you are sorry, say so. But, stop apologizing to yourself.
You have nothing to be sorry for, other than the mere fact that you rock.
Have a good cry just because you can.
P.S. Something is always not better than nothing.
